MESciSoc Administrative Body (SY 2008-2009)
March 25, 2009As days approach the 27th of March, the SY 2008-2009 comes nearer and nearer to its end – as for the Fourth year students who are now to leave their Alma Mater. MESciSoc will now, too, have its break, long after months of planning and setting up activities for almost two hundred members of the organization. I guess it’s just time to introduce the people behind the MESciSoc we have seen and experienced.
- President
-
Fulfilling the greatest responsibility of all the officers, Jerry Agnasin had been in silent mode almost throughout the year. Filled with aspirations and ideas to make MESciSoc one of the most active school organizations in the High School department, he is the root of all our efforts.
- Vice President
-
Glizia Eina Barrido brings about the positivity in every task. Open to all, she sincerely gives her assistance and offers a hand to whosoever needs one. Through her sensitivity of others’ feelings, she gets along with almost everyone. A good leader and a good follower, that’s what she is.
- Secretary
-
People may see her in silence, but wait and you’ll see how high-spirited she is. Very at ease in front of the computer, and comfortable holding a pen and paper, Cherry Mae Salazar definitely fits her position. Good in almost all types of task, she results to excellent outcomes without herself recognizing it. She may speak about her laziness, yet do things much more than ordinary.
- Assistant Secretary
-
Doing obligations with all her best, Ma. Angela Vanessa Benitez knows how to greet each task with a big smile on her face. Living with great faithfulness, she accepts things as they used to be.
- Treasurer
-
Her anxiety about the things she is concerned with pushes her to do well in every task. Mataray on first look, but when you get to know her, you’ll realize how bubbly she is. Although she doesn’t necessarily mingle, once involved, Candice Bondoc can be the desirable one to finish a work.
- Auditor
-
The odd one out of the group, Mae Clarizze Teves is the only student from the lower years who made it as a MESciSoc officer. Although not as expressive as what she ought to be, her willingness to provide and furnish ideas made a great contribution on how MESciSoc was able to thrive.
- PRO
-
Jamie Marie Jan Escosio talks a great deal enough to discuss what her mind would like to offer contributing to the prosper of a certain task. She may be irritable at times, yet wants nothing but the best. With her intense exertion, she brings about a positive outlook in our every endeavor.
- Business Manager
-
Handling all the tutorials and businesses, Eiren Marie Gesmundo patiently seeks the recognition of the people around. Gifted with creativity and artistic skills, her ideas and opinions are sought after in our every undertaking.
- House I Representative
-
Putting all her best efforts in everything she does makes Pamela Gayle Tan worthy of appreciation. She may be filled with shyness but her social skills shines in front of friends. A good leader in the making, her little ways result to greater things. Having the courage to go on and keep working, one can always count on her.
- House II Representative
-
Having control over House II, Avegaille Saga follows a regularly planned series of exercises to animate the group. Thinking too much of being “in charge”, she demands attention; yet, you know you can depend on her.
SY 2008-2009 may be over, but MESciSoc shall continue serving students with scientific learnings. For the next sets of officers, carry on! Good luck and Godspeed.
